I agree - especially because they apparently have nothing to lose as they
appear to have closed to all customers, not just USA.  If they were trying
to stay open for the European and other communities that would be different
as they couldn't afford the bad rep.

That's where my head's at.  They're out of business with access to cash.
Why would they return that cash?

That's a coffee shop. No poker, but they make an excellent latte.

I saw those kahnawke guys at the airport, competing with the hare
krishna for space next to the shoe shine booth. They were selling "Our
Games Are Fair" decals for $15,000.00 each.

Hope is a mindfuck for those not quite ready to accept reality.

If what has been said here is true, and Jetset took in deposits one
hour before or anytime on the day they shut their operation down, you
can kiss the money good-bye. Why on earth would they pay a 3% - 9% fee
to the likes of Neteller, to just turn around and send the money back?

Muah to the money..

As a player on JS for a few years I was very disapointed by there
actions, I have a few $$ in there account and doubt very strongly that
I will ever see it again. Like a lot of other players I was not advised
that JS was closeing in any email and if they were aware that they
would or even the possibility they were closeing we should have been
advised sooner.

How they intend to mail out cheques is a mistery to me as like most
players I changed my city address for a comment ie: Aussie Aussie
Aussie. That might prove hard to find even for Australia Post.

Also deposits were taken up untill the last few mins as a mate of mine
deposited a few $$ at about 11.30, now thats interesting he also didnt
get an email.

I would like to know if anyone who was lucky enough to pull there money
in the last 5 mins actualy recieved any of it.

Most other sites that couldnt accept players from the USA still
operated and are still operating, OK so the law changed when the new
law wasnt in place it was legal to gamble on the net and all monies up
untill that time were legal therefor why didnt they keep the site open
and payout all existing debts and only allow frendly games untill all
was paid.

My good friends and fellow players all said, we were shafted, scamed
and taken for a ride. Surely someone out there has some idea of where
they operate from and might like to pay them a visit.

If net gameing is illigal and we have to live with that, then why dosnt
someone lodge a complaint to congress about the illegal activities
taken by JS.

If you realy think money is on its way then ( In God we trust ), just
dont hold your breath because in the majority of cases they dont have
your correct address.

I trust you all keep safe and well and gl in the future.

Regards INVISO ( Peter )

kurtissimo posted and stated that he received his cashout via Firepay.
I don't know when he requested the cashout, though.  I requested a
check about 3 minutes prior to JetSet closing.  Too early to tell
whether I will get it, but I can tell you that I have not received any
e-mails from Jetset (as others have), nor have they have not replied to
my e-mails (to accountclos...@jetsetpoker.com and
supp...@jetsetpoker.com).

I made two separate requests: one last Tuesday or Wednesday (I forget
which) for about 2/3 of my account balance, and one at the "shut down for
ever in 3 minutes" mark for the rest. I received my entire account balance
in a single transfer on Monday evening.

 I requested a
